Teasingly Tangy Chicken
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
4 chicken breasts (skin removed)
1 10-3/4 oz condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
Heat butter in skillet. Then add chicken and cook until browned.
Add soup, water, sugar, and vinegar. Heat until it comes to a boil. Then cover and cook over low heat until done. (approx 5 minutes).
Serve over rice.

Easy Asian Chicken
4 chicken breasts, skin removed
1-3/4 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Fry chicken in oil until browned.
Combine all other ingredients and pour into pan with chicken. Cover and cook over low heat until chicken is thoroughly done.
Serve over rice.

Veggie & Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry
2 boneless sliced chicken breasts, skin removed
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 cup zucchini, diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/3 cup bok choy, chopped
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
Add garlic to a small amount of extra virgin olive oil in a pan or wok and heat. Add chicken slices to the hot oil and cook approx three minutes on each side. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Add an additional small amount of oil to the pan or wok and heat. Add teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, zucchini and carrots. Stir fry for several minutes. Then add bok choy, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Stir fry until veggies start being tender.
Add chicken to pan or wok, and stir fry an additional two minutes.
Good served with rice!
